They should've done both in a bundle for the price they're asking. There's nothing wrong with the price of ZoE2:Mars.This isn't a simple port of the HD version here. Mars has a whole new game engine with new rendering pipelines, new content, new sound effects, new textures, and a VR mode.
About This Game JEHUTY lives. And there, ANUBIS thrives. ZONE OF THE ENDERS THE 2nd RUNNER returns with 4K and VR support on Steam. Relive the experience ZONE OF THE ENDERS THE 2nd RUNNER - M∀RS as a full-length remaster of the classic fast-paced 3D robot action game, recreated in VR, native 4K and in full surround sound.
Implying $30 is too much money for Mars without ZoE1 bundled is asinine. I disagree, you get far more value for money with Yakuza 0 or Shenmue 1&2. This is a PS2 game (even with those new features) that lasts what? Maybe 8-10 hours. This is just another case of Konami bending fans over. If they were really interested in generating good will and more sales on PC they should've released a ZoE 1+2 bundle and released an MGS 1-4 collection. This though is worth 15 quid at most. Not 25.I'd rather have my balls kicked for 2 hours in a row than play Shenmue, now THAT game is boring as ♥♥♥♥ and only lasts for hours because it forces you to waste time for 'realism'.If you're going to play ZOE2 you should go for real 100% completion rather than just beat it once and never touch it again because that's where the meat of the game is, to master every difficulty and extra mission (I put so many hours into that on the PS2). What you're saying is like saying that The Binding of Isaac is not worth its price because you can finish your first playthrough in 30 minutes, completely ignoring the rest of the game. Originally posted by:However, it doesn't look like ZoE2:Mars is selling well (at least on PC)They ♥♥♥♥ed up the regional pricing in lots of places (A Konami standard, of course) so most people just wont buy it when they have exploitative prices in their countries (Prices BEYOND the ROW base price), myself included. I'll just wait for a 50% off somewhere else at this point. ROFL why should i replay it multiple times? I couldn't care less about trying to get every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trophy/achievement. Once i've finished a game and know the story and plot i have no interest in playing it again until much later down the line after i've forgotten a lot of it. As for Binding of Isaac, i can't stand modern 2D sidescrollers and roguelikes so i wouldn't play it anyway. I estimate I'll get around 80 hours out of it at least. However, a game like Yakuza has a lot of dead time - lots of reading and going back and forth.I'm doing a bit of everything, the main story is interesting, but when I'm doing substories I get bored and I get kidnapped by substories at every corner.ZoE2 is a game that is around 5 hours long, about 3 without cutscenes, but it's gameplay is very condensed. You're in combat non-stop. Plus, it's very fun (replayble). Originally posted by:I disagree, you get far more value for money with Yakuza 0 or Shenmue 1&2.

This is a PS2 game (even with those new features) that lasts what? Maybe 8-10 hours.Dude, buy a bucket of paint, spray it on a wall and watch it dry and repeat, that's 5000 hours of entertainment for 5$ with that dumb logic.
1 hour of ZOE is worth those 3 games combined, not with this broken port though. The only thing dumb here is your comment, I bet you'd have paid full triple A price for it. Imagine having no concept of value vs entertainment.
