Same here with R500 and update from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I don't know if the driver for this device was available in Windows 7 or also missing.Usually, if a driver is not installed, some functions are not working as expected. The lack of this driver does not seem to have any impact on my system.
The only feature not working on my system is the fingerprint sensor (but this is caused by another missing driver). I have not use for the fingerprint sensor so I don't care.UPDATE:Just found this page from Lenovo about a 'clean installation of Windows 7'.According to this page, drivers for Intel's 'Adaptive Management Technology' (AMT) will resolve this issue. This agrees with what was already mentioned in an earlier posting.
