Cummins Insite Error 10003

Windows 7 Pro 64 bitI don't know how I did it but I killed Insite 7.6.2.240 SP5. I was moving a lot of programs around to make space on my SSD C:/ drive. After reinstalling Insite on my D:/ drive, I noticed it stopped working. Something else I may have done might have caused the problem, not just moving Insite to a different drive.When I try to start the program, I get an Insite Error 10003. I figured if I buggered it up enough, I might as well try installing Insite 8.3 and see if the keygen works. After installing 8.3, I got the same Error 10003.Using Revo Uninstaller, I completely wiped all Cummins data from my system and tried again.
Wiped it all again and went back to the basic install of 7.6.2.240 SP5. Still get the same error.To clean up some drive space, I uninstalled Microsoft Office since I also have OpenOffice. According to Windows Installed updates, I still have.NET Framework 4.7.1 and still have Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime Service Pack 1 (SP1)Any suggestions on what I may have done to keep getting this 10003 error from Insite?? Needed add a key. I read cas3 eeprom as 2kb, but it was 4kb. I’ve gave it to tango and it successfully added a key. After that i write that on the car. After I understand my mistakes, but when i’ve tried to use key, it works!
I mean it can close/open, can ignition get on & it can rotate engine, but no start.
